TRIBE7 BLACKWING7 T PRIMES

Inspired by vintage lenses plus the experimental nature of jazz music, these full frame primes are a collaborative design between Academy Award®-Nominated Cinematographer Bradford Young, ASC (Selma, A Most Violent Year; Arrival; and Solo: A Star Wars Story), and Neil Fanthom, former Strategy and Technology Executive at ARRI. Each focal length manufactured is tunable to three different strengths of distortion. Our set will have the medium T (Transient) tuning that provides softer focus roll-off and increased edge detail halation, capturing a slightly softer and more artistic image with pronounced flaring characteristics. Each focal length is a T1.9, has a 48mm image circle, features less than a 4% focus shift, and all but the 27mm will illuminate the 65mm format. These lens pair well with our available Arri Alexa Mini LF package.
